Yes, tickets to your sporting event are always included in your package.

We guarantee the ticket category for every booking: typically Category 1, 2 or 3. Stadium and circuit maps show what each category covers (maps available on product page). Specific seats cannot be chosen. However, for groups of 2, 3 or 4 people, we guarantee that seats will be together.

Regardless of the event, tickets are sent 1 to 2 weeks before your trip, once your booking is fully paid for offline bookings. Tickets are delivered in one of two ways:

- Via an official mobile app (e.g. Twickenham Stadium, Principality Stadium, Scottish Rugby Ticketing…)

- By email as a PDF

MYCOMM is an accredited agency for several federations (FFR, FFF, FFT) and event organisers (LNR, Circuit de Barcelona, Tour de France…). For every event we offer, we guarantee the delivery of an official ticket.

As a minimum, your trip includes a ticket to your sporting event plus accommodation and/or transport.

For Tour de France, the VIP Pass can be bought alone.

For certain events such as the Six Nations Tournament, accommodation and transport are mandatory inclusions alongside the match ticket.

For each event, the trip page specifies whether the package includes on-site support or remote assistance:

- On-site support: our team travels with you from start to finish

- Remote assistance: our team is available 7 days a week via a dedicated phone line

Once your booking is confirmed (online or offline with our team) we will collect your passenger details. This allows us to handle all necessary reservations (accommodation, transport, tickets, etc.).

Around 10 days before the event, you will receive an email to download the MYCOMM app, where you'll find your full day-by-day itinerary: transport references and times, accommodation address, activity schedules, and more.

Your match ticket will be delivered at the same time, either by email or via a dedicated ticketing app depending on the event.

On our website, we accept credit/debit card payments only.

For remote bookings (by calling us on +33 1 80 87 46 40), we accept both card and bank transfer. Card payments are instant, while bank transfers may take 1 to 2 business days to be confirmed.

On our website, you can pay in full by card, or in 3 interest-free instalments via Alma (for orders up to €5,000). For orders above €5,000, please contact our team directly.

For remote bookings (by calling 01 80 87 46 40), you can pay by bank transfer in two instalments: a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due 45 days before your trip.

Online via Alma: 3 equal payments of 33%, charged monthly from the date of your order.

Remote booking: a 50% deposit upon receipt of invoice, with the remaining 50% due 45 days before the event.

The following conditions apply without insurance:

- Cancellation more than 45 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee on the cancelled services

- Cancellation less than 45 days before the event: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Yes, insurance can be added at the time of booking. It covers cancellations for personal or unforeseen reasons, depending on the option chosen. Without insurance, the standard cancellation conditions mentioned above apply.

We offer 3 levels of insurance, each calculated as a percentage of your total booking cost:

- Cancellation (2.5%): covers cancellation due to medical reasons or death

- Multi-risk (3.3%): covers medical cancellation or death, lost luggage, repatriation, and trip interruption

- Premium (4.4%): covers all of the above, plus travel accidents and exceptional event cancellation (terrorist attack, natural disaster, or airline staff strike)

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to provide passenger details. As part of this process, you will be able to specify how rooms are distributed among the participants.

For the majority of our trips, prices are based on two people sharing a room. When one person occupies a room alone, a single supplement is applied to cover the cost of the unoccupied place. The supplement amount varies by trip and is indicated on each trip page.
